System Configuration Instructions

Digital Conference System: The digital conference system consists of the D6201 conference control host, D6271/D6272 speaking units, and related equipment to meet the needs of speaking, discussion, and other functions required in conference rooms. With the D6284 tracking camera configured, when a conference unit is activated, the camera tracks the position of the participant and provides close-up shots. The signal can be delivered to a matrix system or directly to display devices for viewing.

Video System: The video system features the D6108 8-channel  Digital Modular Seamless Matrix Switcher, equipped with one HDMI input card (4 channels) and one HDMI output card (4 channels). This setup supports camera tracking, video playback, and work report presentations during meetings. The HDMI matrix serves as the core signal management system for robust signal switching and dispatching tasks.

Sound Reinforcement and Audio Processing Equipment:

The system includes the DMX08 8-channel mixer for audio integration in the conference room. Additionally, the D6575 professional audio processor ensures clear, distortion-free speech without feedback or howling. Four high-fidelity DSP6564 wall-mounted full-range speakers are installed to meet the venue's acoustic requirements. A 4*600W amplifier with DSP signal processing technology drives the speakers, ensuring sufficient sound pressure and enabling remote monitoring of amplifier status and DSP adjustments. This setup ensures professional audio performance, uniform sound field distribution, and accurate sound imaging.
