With the support of our client, Mr. Elie Njeim, we have successfully rolled out our intelligent conference system to the parliament building in South Sudan, along with the distributed central control system, remote video conference system, high-definition hybrid matrix system, and professional sound system.
This innovative solution is designed to enhance communication and streamline legislative processes, further contributing to the modernization of parliamentary activities in the region.
This conference project encompasses four conference rooms, including the main hall, red hall, green hall, and blue hall, with all for parliamentary sessions, committee meetings, government declarations, and speeches.
In a meeting, when a participant delivers a speech with our conference unit, the system will automatically adjust the focus for close-up shots and facilitate seamless screen transitions, enhancing the participants’ visual experience and communication effectiveness.
The desktop speaking and voting conference units play a pivotal role in parliamentary sessions, promoting democratic decision-making and legislative processes by facilitating interaction and discussion among legislators.
Meanwhile, the UHF wireless microphone system enables clear and flexible communication with multiple interference-free channels, ensuring efficient and reliable discussions for the parliament.
The professional sound system ensures the sound quality and audio effects at the conference venue, making the speaker's voice clear and audible, and allowing all attendees to hear every detail.

D6401 Distributed Central Control System
The D6401 distributed central control system has the capability to manage a range of equipment within the conference room, including lighting, air conditioning, speakers, projectors, and cameras. It also monitors the operational status of these devices in real time, swiftly identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure the seamless flow of the meeting.
