With the continuous expansion and development of the company, the scale of internal meetings is becoming larger, and a large conference room that can accommodate more people is needed. Due to the large area of the conference room, the traditional sound equipment is unable to meet the needs of the meeting, so the conference room needs to be upgraded and transformed with a sound reinforcement solution. The purpose of the sound reinforcement solution is to make the sound in the conference room clearer and more stable, and to ensure that every participant can hear the speaker, thus improving the efficiency and quality of the meeting. In the meantime, the sound reinforcement solution also needs to incorporate the environmental factors within the conference room, such as sound absorption and echoes, for optimal sound performance. Therefore, it is imperative to work out a scientific and reasonable sound reinforcement solution for large conference rooms.

System Configuration

Sound Pickuo Part: The true diversity wireless handheld microphone and wired condenser microphone are used to ensure the speeches of speakers and leaders. Meanwhile, an antenna amplification system is deployed to minimize wireless signal loss or crosstalk.

Regulation and Control Part: The 12-channel mixing console and digital audio processor are applied to regulate and control the whole system. The analog mixing console is easy to operate and multifunctional, and holds various audio signal input and output interfaces for the output of multi-channel audio signals and connection to various audio inputs and outputs. The digital audio processor and feedback suppressor enjoy abundant built-in peripheral modules for a range of processing operations on the whole system, while ensuring the signal-to-noise ratio and reducing the failure rate. With stable performance, diversified modes and hot swap, they can still work normally even if a channel fails, delivering higher system stability.

Sound Retrieval System: Four dual 4.5” full-range speakers and one 12” subwoofer are formed into a floor-standing line array speaker system and served as the main amplification speakers, four 150W two-way speakers are used to supplement the sound, and the subwoofer is used to compensate for the lower limit of the low and medium frequency, resulting in sufficient sound pressure level and enhanced dynamic range of the whole field. They not only ensure speech intelligibility and music clarity, but meet the national standards for average sound pressure level and uniform sound field.

Central Control System: A central control host is applied to centrally control the power switch, volume level, screen switching, and lighting on a wireless tablet, improving the operability of the meeting and rendering a high-tech intelligent conference room.

System Protection: The power sequence controller is equipped to ensure the safety and reliability of the system equipment in use, and protect the equipment from damage, especially in the event of an accident.
